I've been where you are. Burnt out. Not sleeping. Hot flushes. Mood swings with some rage thrown in. I had a quiet sense that something deeper was also unravelling: grief, old trauma, exhaustion.
I started questioning who on earth I even was at the age of 43 years old.
I wanted to understand what was happening, not just manage it. I also didn't want to keep suffering and just wanted to feel like myself again. So I turned to what I have always personally trusted: natural medicine and nervous system support. I started listening to what my symptoms were trying to tell me.
I believe that menopause is not actually a medical problem to be 'fixed'. It is a natural and powerful transition, one that can be transformational when we are properly supported physically, emotionally and mentally.

What I see, again and again
Women in midlife are often the ones holding everything together. The parents, the partner, the kids, the job, the home. And then their own body starts changing on them, and instead of being met with proper care, they are often offered a prescription and a follow-up in six months.
That gap, between what women actually need and what they are usually offered, is why I built Natural Menopausing. Not because I think HRT is wrong (it is right for many). Not because conventional medicine is the enemy (it is not). But because the women I see deserve more than a 10-minute appointment and a one-size-fits-all answer.
They deserve to be listened to. To be looked at as a whole person. To be properly supported through what is one of the biggest transitions of their life. That is what the Feel Like You Again Programme offers.
